What We Collect

Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, subject, and message in our database. This data is retained for up to 2 years and then automatically deleted. The board may delete submissions earlier.

Resident Accounts

If you register, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store your physical address, phone number, or financial information.

AI Chat

Chat conversations are ephemeral — they are not stored. We collect anonymous usage data (topic categories, not message content) to improve the service.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymized heatmaps and session recordings on public pages. Clarity is disabled on login, registration, and member-only pages. Chat panel content is masked from analytics.

Font Size Preference

Your font size preference (A/A+/A++) is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

What We Don't Collect

  • Chat message content is not stored
  • No IP addresses are logged from chat
  • No third-party tracking beyond Microsoft Clarity
  • No personal data is sold or shared
  • No cookies beyond Clarity's analytics cookies and a session cookie for logged-in members

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account or any submitted data, contact the board directly.
